       Pulled Pork

Seasoned with a custom blend of spices and herbs, my ribs are slowly smoked with hickory wood.

My signature brisket is seasoned with a custom blend of spices and herbs.  It is slow-smoked for 18 hours over hickory wood.

The pulled pork is well seasoned, and smoked for 16 hours to guarantee tenderness.  It is served on a roll with my very own BBQ sauce and slaw.
